Lake Havasu Wedding Venues
Resorts, golf clubs, halls and restaurants that host ceremonies and receptions.
Updated October 31, 2026
Lake Havasu wedding venues fall into six types: lakefront resorts, golf clubs, a waterfront restaurant, event halls, state and city parks, and the lake itself on a private charter. For a small ceremony, London Bridge Resort's Courtyard Fountain fits up to 50 guests. For a large reception, Lake Havasu Golf Club and London Bridge Resort's Convention Center Patio each list up to 250, and the city's Relics and Rods Hall seats 1,100.

How to choose a Lake Havasu venue
Start with your guest count
Small weddings and elopements fit a resort courtyard, a park, a beach or a boat. Large receptions point to the golf clubs, the resort patio and the event halls in the table above.
Plan around the heat
Summer afternoons in Lake Havasu are very hot. Outdoor ceremonies are most comfortable from fall through spring, or at sunset in summer. If you marry outdoors in summer, ask each venue about shade, indoor backup space and the sunset time on your date.
Book an officiant separately
Most local venues don't include an officiant, so ask, and book one separately if needed. See Lake Havasu wedding officiants.
Questions to ask every venue
- Can we bring an outside caterer, cake or bar service, and what does the venue require for alcohol?
- What's the backup plan for heat, wind or rain?
- Which tables, chairs, arches and linens are included, and which do we rent? See party rentals.
- What time does music have to end, and when do setup and cleanup happen?
- Is there parking, or a shuttle for guests? See guest stays and getting around.
Getting married in a park
State park ceremonies are booked through the park. City park ramadas are reserved through Lake Havasu City, and larger events in city parks need a city event permit. A tent or canopy over 400 square feet, or over 200 square feet with sidewalls, needs a Fire Department permit. Check each park's rules before you plan decorations, music or alcohol. See ceremony locations and permits and how to get married in Lake Havasu.
